About Me

I am an Adelaide Counsellor and registered Social Worker in private practice, centrally located just south of the city. I can help those struggling with issues of life transition, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, personal issues, e.g. Self esteem, grief and loss and relationship issues.

Whilst relationships, personal and workplace crises expose individuals to acute and extreme life stresses, they can become an opportunity for growth and self-development. It is how we deal with our difficulties which determine how our problems can be resolved. When problems persist, self-esteem, respect, trust and love are tested.
